Commercial Support
If you are using imagen and want to make sure you deliver higher quality service to your customers, you can subscribe to our commercial support service. You will receive first class assistance and help for all problems you may experience using/deploying this cutting edge technology. In order to assure your successful usage of Imagen in mission-critical projects we provide the following levels of support:

 

  • Standard -  $45/month
    Reports for non-critical issues are addressed within 5 business days. Critical problems in production environment are resolved within 4 hours. Imagen production server down accident is resolved within 2 hours. 

  • Time-Critical - $180/month
    Reports for non-critical issues are addressed within 2 business days. Critical problems in production environment are resolved within 2 hours. Imagen production server down accident is resolved within 1 hour. Imagen Server monitoring will automatically notify our support staff for any problems, open a ticket send it to you, and when the problems is solved - notify you and close the ticket. You can also check online the availability of your server as well as its utilization and latency.

  • PowerUser - $480/month
    Same as Time-Critical except that support is available 24h a day 7 days a week. Monitoring includes up to 64 servers.

 

Hosting imagen scripts
You can install imagen on your servers or you can outsource the Imagen hosting to us. Installation
Imagen installation is considered not an easy process for unexperienced users, mainly because of the many libraries Imagen depends on. We provide help to each company which decides to run Imagen on its own servers. The installation is per-server based and the price is $145. Training

If you intend to use extensively Imagen, we can provide initial training for you. Current options are:

  • two day class for developers ($850)
  • one day class for system administrator ($450)
